The DRIHM Summer School was organised at the end of September 2014 in Madrid. About thirty students from 23 different countries attended the four-day "hands-on workshop” focused on the composition of hydro-meteorological forecasting chains, exploiting the DRIHM e-Science environment and the practical use of the DRIHM portal. The feedback from the students has been very positive and encouraging, e.g. in terms of the practical arrangements, the quality of the lectures and the overall interest as expressed by the students!
